Jordan Hamilton is a current 2nd year masters student in the positive psychology department at CGU. After playing professional basketball in Germany, Luxembourg, and Canada, Jordan returned to study Peak Performance in a formal setting. Jordan has been practicing meditation for 10 years and has been teaching athletes mindfulness techniques for the past 3 years. Having experienced significant benefits both on the court and off, his mission is to empower others to perform, feel, and be their best through developing mindfulness.
Jordan has been working with athletic teams and professional organizations to create positive winning cultures. Elements that are addressed in workshops have included emotional intelligence development, mindfulness, effective communication, goal alignment, and strategizing.
