Why I do it.
I love people. I believe in people. I teach skills, implement systems, and create supportive networks that empower people to be their best. I love teams. I believe in the power of cooperation. I teach people how to work effectively together to achieve a common goal. The world would be a better place if people increased their capacity to understand themselves and one another. I hope to do my small part in making that happen.
