Evaluate and measure program effectiveness:

  • Design measurement instruments (survey, interview, focus group)

  • Analyze data (quantitative and qualitative)

  • Disseminate findings

How I do it.

  • Clarify the clients needs through a needs assessment

  • Reference reliable research on the topic relevant to clients need

  • Apply my personal experience as a professional athlete, PhD candidate, consultant, and human

  • Determine ideal outcome and how outcome can be measured

  • Implement program or evaluation

Why I do it.

I love people. I believe in people. I teach skills, implement systems, and create supportive networks that empower people to be their best. I love teams. I believe in the power of cooperation. I teach people how to work effectively together to achieve a common goal. The world would be a better place if people increased their capacity to understand themselves and one another.
