Why I do what I do.
My mission is to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to be more human. I believe in people and that the human potential remains our greatest untapped resource here on earth. My mission is to encourage collaboration at every turn, even in highly competitive contexts, so that we may collectively arrive at solutions that benefit all.
I believe that I provide a unique set of skills and life experiences. My experiences as an athlete has allowed me to explore optimal performance practices, theories, and techniques, at the highest level. More recently, a formal academic training has provided an evidence based foundation to understand why, how, and what empirically works to improve performance and well-being.
